Easier PrestaShop Email

One of the hardest aspects of e-commerce is customer service. You have to reply in a timely manner or people get mad, that is just the way it is. These days with social media quickly becoming an outlet for unhappy customers, it makes it even worse. The worst part of it all is to reply to customer service emails with PrestaShop, you have to be logged into the admin panel. It is next to impossible to use the admin panel on a phone or a mobile device. It makes even the simplest task take forever. But, there is a better way. Express Reply by Xtendify solves this issue.

The Express Reply module will make handling customer service 10 times easier. The module hooks into your email account and lets both you and your customers reply to the emails using your email client. Imagine how easy it will make your life being able to reply to your PrestaShop customer service email without ever having to log into your back office. Once you have the module installed you will need to configure your dedicated email address for the module. There also needs to be a forwarder file added to the email address too, the instructions for that are included with the module.

 

Making Life Easier

Once the module is installed all of your customer service emails are piped right to your phone or other email client in a way that you can easily just hit the respond button and answer them back. Also, if you have ever noticed, PrestaShop likes to put an email address on the footer of the shop for some strange reason. If you use the same email address with that, those emails will automatically be piped into your customer support system and you can respond to them through your email client as well.

 

All in all Express Reply is a great module that we find ourselves recommending to our clients a lot. It is a great module that is easy to install, super easy to use, and it will give you more free time to do what you love doing. The module is priced at only $20 too, so it won’t break the bank either.
